What if I don’t see my medicine?
We carry hundreds of the most commonly used FDA-approved, generic medicines. If you don’t see your medicine on our list, our customer service team would be happy to help. If there’s a generic available, we will find it, source it, and ship it to you promptly.
Does generic medicine work the same as brand name?
Whether or not a generic is prescribed is a conversation between you and your doctor. Generic medicine is safe, effective, has the same active ingredients and works the same as the brand name — but it costs a lot less. Authorized generics are brand product, manufactured by the same company, on the same production line but with a different label. Same ingredients, color and shape

How do I know which generic is the best option for me?
We only carry FDA-approved generic medicine.These generics are approved by the FDA after a stringent review of their bio-equivalence data to ensure that they are comparable to the Brand product, only made available for much less.In certain cases, we also carry Authorized Generics that are basically generics made by the same brand companies.

Yes, just tell your prescriber to electronically send your prescription to Bay City Pharmacy, or fax it to Bay City Pharmacy, or just give us your prescriber’s name and number when ordering and we’ll take care of the rest for you.
